Last Monday after dinner we had a dance party. It started with classical during dinner (which the girls and I love) then Owen complained about not wanting any more classical. He wanted something fun. I played Goofy Goober Rock (SpongeBob) which got the kids moving. We did a search on iTunes for "rock" and found plenty to dance to. We had group dances, solo dances and freeze dance. Way fun. Desi did draw the curtains though! 45 minutes later, we were pretty wiped out.

we challenge you to a dance-off- plavans vs. starrs. you were at our wedding- you should be afraid, very afraid... johnny has been working on his "blue steel" look and even though you have more subs, we have stamina. practice as much as you can before you get out here and be afraid!!!!
We have some scary good moves over here at the McNeill house too! We have Elvis in our blood!!! Our curtains stay closed too!!!!
What GREAT pictures- you can almost feel the rhythm and hear the laughter and you can't beat that coming from still, quiet photographs. I didn't get a chance to comment earlier, but I love Hope's hair cut. She looks so cute ('course, I'm a sucker for short hair anyway).
Looks like you guys had fun- did Momma get in on the action?!
I remember Owen being a toddler in your apartment on Arapahoe and dancing while we were having worship/bible study. I think they have some pentecostal blood in them!
Love,
Grandma Jan
