A few weeks ago we went to the Butterfly Pavillion. We bought a pass almost a year ago and wanted to "get our money's worth" before it expires. It was a BEAUTIFUL day and we enjoyed the surrounding gardens and nature walk as much as the indoor areas. The bug room is way cool with all sorts of bugs to get up close to and gaze at. The butterfly area is always fun to stroll through. We all hope that a butterfly will land on us! Then there is a very kid friendly area with a new "spider web" to climb on. We are blessed to be able to do such fun things!

way cool! miss those types of things here. looking forward to doing kids museums and such in socal in january!
your kids are braver than mine (and me), letting a tarantula crawl on them!
