Desi Turns 30 and Has A Mustache Party to Celebrate

Desi thinks that to sport a good mustache you need to be at least 30 years old, therefore the theme to his 30th birthday party. A few of us met downtown at the Rialto Cafe for dinner and Tim Bergon came in about half way through dinner to surprise Desi for his birthday. He flew in for 2 days especially for Desi...what a good friend!

Josh the "Coach" won for best costume.

Bowling at Jillian's in the Colorado Mills Mall.

More bowling pics...Scott, Desi, Lisa, Brent and Lori. Brent and Lisa got engaged later that night...CONGRATS!

Basketball fun...

Josh knows a guy who works at Jillian's and we got a bunch of cards filled with credits to play video games, air hockey, basketball, ect... We all stayed up too late, but had a great time. Thank you everyone who came and for the fun gifts! The potato guns were great Scott!

Happy 30th Desi!

Wish I could have been there to celebrate with you but I would have had to sport a fake stache too.

What is the minimum age for goatees?

goatees have no formal minimum age. it is only required that your goatee "fit you'. as you can see this can be quite ambiguious and is often dealt with in very sublective terms. i have tried to have a bit of objectivity in dealing with this topic and use the following guidelines:
#1 the person "sporting" the goatee must have hair on his chin visible both in light and at night so as to avoid the appearance of a mustache for those who have a goatee who are under 30 years old.
#2 the goatee must be worn by a male (assumed reasoning),
#3 goatee wearer must not sport a baret until he can also legally hold an alcoholic beverage in his hand otherwise it's just embarrassing.
#4 i'm sure there are more guideliins but i haven't slept well in weeks (2 weeks) and this list is subject to updates and change at any time.
